The FEDEPE Awards are granted every year to CEOs women, entrepreneurs, professionals and business women from both, our country and around the world to reward and highlight their professional careers due to their effort and far-reaching experience in generating resources, benefits and achievements management. Furthermore, FEDEPE Awards also reward the institutions, businesses and/or media which have promoted and favored women´s role in the workplace to facilitate equating their professional conditions to those for men.
