ABOUT THE IWEC FOUNDATION

Empowering Women Entrepreneurs Globally

The International Women’s Entrepreneurial Challenge Foundation (IWEC Foundation) is a 501c(3) registered nonprofit organization with headquarters in New York City. As a global initiative, we provide market intelligence, networking, educational, and mentoring opportunities for successful women business owners. We support them in gaining and expanding access into international markets and in growing their visibility and brands. Our partners are chambers of commerce and global women business organizations.

Since its inception, the IWEC Foundation’s network has grown to a vibrant group of 538 successful women business owners from 48 countries. We believe that closing the gap between female and male entrepreneurship not only fuels economic growth but also drives the social and cultural empowerment of women everywhere.
