Sansarmaa is a transport engineer but to pursue her dream of becoming an entrepreneur, she graduated Academy of Management with Bachelor degree in BA and MBA from Institute of Finance and Economics. In 2000, she established Trust Trade LLC with six people and led the company to grow into a leading meat products company in Mongolia holding 17% of the market and providing jobs to over 400 employees. The company has implemented HACCP and ISO certified and currently working to expand into export markets. Sansarmaa received the 2010 Best Worker of Food Industry Award; 2016 Lady Entrepreneur by MNCCI.
